JSW’s operational performance improved with the European steel market slowly recovering from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. During the quarter, European steelmakers such as ArcelorMittal and Voestalpine started to gradually resume steelmaking capacities that were idled during pandemic-related lockdowns in the second quarter.
