[Ferro-Alloys.com] MOIL fixation of price of different grades of Manganese Ore for the month of October, 2025

In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that in line with the business practice of fixing/revising prices of Manganese Ore and other products, the Company has fixed/revised prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01.10.2025 as under.

1. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above have been increased by 6.4% on the prices prevailing since 01.09.2025 w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.

2. The prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44% have been increased by 6.4% on the prices prevailing since 01.09.2025 w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.

3. The prices of SMGR (Mn-30% and Mn 25%) and Fines grades have been increased by 5.2% on the prices

prevailing since 01.09.2025 w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.

4. The prices of SMGR (Mn 20%) and Metal Mandi Fines namely (UKF532,DBF575 and MSF592) grades have

been increased by 5.2% on the prices prevailing since 01.09.2025 w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.

5. The prices of all Chemical grades have been increased by 6.4% on the prices prevailing since 01.09.2025 w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.

6. The basic price Rs.2,05,000/- PMT of EMD has been decreased by Rs.10,000 PMT to Rs.1,95,000 on the

prevailing prices w.e.f. midnight of 30.09.2025/01.10.2025 for the month of October 2025.
