[Ferro-alloys.com]The price of cheap products of Chinese origin via the third country in the Japanese domestic market became a little bit higher than late March. This was because the shortage of spot goods in the South Korean domestic market affected the Japanese market. As a few thousand tons of ferro-silicon as roundabout products discharged at South Korea in March were poor-quality products, the spot goods run short predominantly for electric furnace mills. There have been inquiries for a while from South Korea to Japanese trading firms for the excess stock of roundabout products. Meanwhile, as no enough spot goods are available currently at the ports in Vietnam, the immediate shipment is not available at the moment.
