[Ferro-Alloys.com] On Aug 12th, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China released the second batch of outdated capacity, which should be closed and removed before end of this year. In the list, 2 steel companies with capability of 3 million tons, 3 companies with 28 thousand tons, one copper smelting company with capability of 5000 tons, 28 rare earth and rare earth oxide companies with capability of 103710 tons.  

With elimination steps accelerating, the degree of industrial concentration will be upgrade and the industries with surplus capability will also have a sustained and healthy development.
