[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that the biggest silicon manganese buyer in China, Hebei Iron and Steel Group already released September manganese alloys bidding plan. The group plan to purchase 28,660 tons of silicon manganese, more than 3,000 tons of high carbon ferromanganese and 760 tons medium carbon ferromanganese 78C2.0. Meanwhile, the purchase volume on 78C1.5 was fixed on 1,220 tons, 520 tons low carbon ferromanganese 80C0.7 and 80 tons 80C0.4.
