[Ferro-Alloys.com] After National Day, calcium silicon price in China kept flat.There were few orders during National Day, and calcium silicon market functioned well now. Factories were eager to higher price because the price now was the lowest among these years recently. 

Until the second week of October, quotations were as follows: CaSi30# was RMB10300-10400/mt in Shaanxi, RMB10000-10200/mt in Ningxia, RMB10400-10500/mt in Inner Mongolia, RMB10500-10600/mt in Henan, RMB 10400-10500/mt in Qinghai. CaSi28# was RMB10100-10200/mt in Shaanxi, RMB9800-10000/mt in Ningxia, RMB10200-10300/mt in Inner Mongolia, RMB10300-10400/mt in Henan, RMB 10200-10300/mt in Qinghai. 

Calcium silicon export market was not active in some areas in China. China exported about 70 mt calcium silicon to India, and the price was about USD 2060/mt CIF. Calcium silicon price would keep steady in late October.
