According to the source, as the the main reason was the weak FeNi market made the enterprises suffer great pressure. In addition, the producer stocked much nickel ores in early time, which occupied much fund. Working capital shortage forced them to cut down the output.

Besides, the poor market situation and the APEC conference had already resulted in a wide range of cut-off in Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hebei, and Henan provinces.
