Li Jianhua congratulated that China Huarong Western Development Investment Co., LTD. (Huarong Western Development Investment) was formally established.

Huarong Western Development Investment was jointly founded by China Huarong Asset Management Co., LTD. (China Huarong Asset) and Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Co.,LTD  （Tianyuan Manganese）. It was the 13th subsidiary of China Huarong Asset. This company was a beneficial exploration for mixed ownership. It would provide much support for economic development of Ningxia Autonomous Region.
