The last step of EMM production is drying. In the South, rainy season is as long as eight months and electricity must be used to finish this process. In Ningxia, Natural sunrise is enough for the drying from May to November and some cost could be saved.

5. Unique technical advantage

Tianyuan Manganese developed RPP energy-saving electrolyzer, anolyte cut-out power saving, short pole pitch electricity saving and other new technologies. Its equipment level was improved much.

6. Environmental advantage

Tianyuan Manganese took advanced craft, which could lower energy consumption and waste emission. This is consistent with the relevant national industrial policy on the environment protection, power saving and sustainable development.

7. Outstanding location advantage

Tianyuan Manganese is located in Zhongning County, the middle area of Ningxia. There are many expressways and railways there. The transportation is very convenient and the location advantage is outstanding. Its EMM project is highly supported by local government.

8. Wage advantage

Tianyuan Manganese attracts a large number of industrial workers with salary advantage. In 2014, average monthly wage of front-line workers was about RMB 5,000, much higher than neighboring companies.

9. Scale advantage

After eleven years of leapfrog development, asset size of Tianyuan Manganese is more than RMB 30 billion at present. It aims to strengthen EMM industry. Meanwhile, it also develops other new energy products like manganese acid lithium and lithium ion battery.
