[Ferro-Alloys.com]In recent period, medium carbon 75C2.0 was quoted at RMB8,000-8,100/mt while RMB8,300-8,400/mt for 78C2.0. Meanwhile, 78C1.5 also lingered about RMB8,700-8,800/mt. As for low carbon ferromanganese, some suppliers in China put 80C0.7 as low as RMB9,000/mt, while some still put price focus on RMB9,200/mt. Despite flat demand, low operation rates for low carbon ferromanganese may still bring about some cushion on spot market.Given current price already touched the historical bottom in recent years, it is predicted that downtrend would be very small in the near future. Furthermore, as market demand pick up, some participants believed that ferromanganese would be soon dragged out of troube.
