[Ferro-Alloys.com] According to the latest Customs statistic, China exported 82,596 tons of ferroalloys (products with HS code below 7202 and silicon metal with HS code 28046900) in March 2015, dropping down by 1% M-O-M and down by 22.6% Y-O-Y. In Q1, 2015, the total export volume was 267,494 tons, down by 2.5% Y-O-Y. Export of ferroalloys products with HS code 72021100~72029999 was only 103,559 tons, up by 8% Y-O-Y.

Meanwhile, China imported 290,521 tons of ferroalloys (products with HS code below 7202 and silicon metal with HS code 28046900) in March 2015, nearly the same with that in February and up by 27.6% Y-O-Y in Q1, 2015, the total import volume was 865,245 tons, up by 20.6% Y-O-Y. Import of ferroalloys products with HS code 72021100~72029999 was 839,487 tons, up by 20.6% Y-O-Y.
