He pointed out that, Brazil has had 10% of world reserves of manganese, behind Ukraine (24%), South Africa (22%) and Australia (16%). While for port problems, it had only exported a small amount of manganese ore to China. In 2014, it only accounted for about 4.92%.

At the same time, he also brought good news, Brazil railway project. In the railway sector, the program foresees investments of $ 33.6 billion in construction and / or improvement of 11,000 km of railway lines.
