[Ferro-Alloys.com]It seems that traditional peak season for steel in May has yet to boost demand on ferroalloy, resulting in ongoing fluctuation in the price of silicon manganese ranging from RMB6,100/mt in Jan to only RMB5,500./mt in June for the bidding price of Hebei Iron and Steel Group.

In fact, manganese alloy enterprises already entered into the period of structure readjustment for a long time. There are many cases on restructuring and joint operations between enterprises in the past two years. Therefore, apart from output controlling, policy changed would also become one of important factors to influence the whole industry.
