[Ferro-alloys.com] According to a report of World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS), the global nickel supply was in a shortage of 16,000 tons in the first seven months of 2015.
In 2014, the global nickel supply was in a surplus of 241,800 tons.
Global refined nickel output totaled 170,100 tons in July, and it totaled 1.096 million tons during the first seven months, according to WBMS. Besides, the global apparent demand for refined nickel totaled 201,500 tons in the month.
