[Ferro-Alloys.com] On November 10, Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. announced its consolidated business results in the period from April to September in 2015.

According to this announcement, the production volume of nickel (in pure Ni equivalent) in the period from April to September is reported to be 42,478 tons (Electrolytic Nickel: 31,724 tons, Ferronickel: 10,754 tons), up by 9.6% from 38,754 tons (Electrolytic Nickel: 27,811 tons, Ferronickel: 10,943 tons) in the year-earlier period.

Besides, the sales volume of nickel was 43,106 tons, up by 16.6% from 36,980 tons in the year-earlier period.
