[www.ferro-alloys.com] Erdos Holding Group and Junzheng Group Jointly organized a meeting to save Chinese ferrosilicon industry by eliminating outdated capacity. 25 ferrosilicon companies took part in this meeting, accounting for 93% of the total capacity in China. The meeting passed 5 resolutions. The first, Inner Mongolia Jiuying Energy Technological Service Company will be set up. Its registered capital will be 0.15 billion yuan. The second, a foundation will be responsible for the function of de-capacity. The third, the leadership team will be organized for the new company. The fourth, the first shareholder meeting will be held before March 10th, 2015, and 75＃ ferrosilicon will be quotated at RMB5200/mt and 72# ferrosilicon will be quotated at RMB5000/mt.The fifth, some regulation rules were made to punish those ferrosilicon companies which break the rules.
