China Steel Corp., the largest carbon steel makers in Taiwan, has notified its domestic customers that it will hike its AP plate base price by NT$500/ton for April. 

At the same time, the company will keep AP plate supply quantity at the same level from March. CSC's new AP plate base price will be NT$12,700/ton for April. 

According to CSC's original policy, only its customer who owns allocation for first grade steel plates will have the right to purchase for AP plates
