US’s Big River Steel has announced to start US$1.3 billion Mill in Arkansas on Friday. The operation will split into two phases of the production.
However, the company received US$1.25 billion of general obligation bonds for public investment for steel project, the construction began in September 2014.
Big River Steel said that the company would add new 425 jobs for new plant.
