It was so difficult for them to survive in such marketing environment.

•  The weekly review about cored wires market analyzed on the following aspects:

--On the raw material.

This week, the metal wires was RMB17,600-18,000/mt in Hebi and Anyang area; The price for the cold-rolled strip was RMB3100-3200/mt for 195L; the price was RMB3250-3400/mt for 08AL; The main transaction price for Ca1 was RMB9,400-9,500/mt; Ca2 was RMB9,200-9,300/mt. Compared with last week, there was no change.

--The domestic market of cored wires.

This week, the Casi wires quotation was RMB7,500-7,700/mt, but the actual transaction price for some lower price order was only RMB6500/mt; The price for nodulizer was remained RMB9,800-10,000/mt（Si40Mg28-30Re2∮13mm）;The mainstream transaction price for seamless metal calcium wires was RMB16,000-16,500 in Shandong, Henan area; The pure calcium wires was RMB8,800-9,000/mt. Compared with the early July, no any change.

--The export market of cored wires.

In the middle of July, the export market was weak. Many manufactures with the Production and marketing integration mode expressed that they did not accept any new orders recently, and the order quantity from old customers also slipped sharply. If the purchasers wanted to make the deal with a lower price, the producers did not want to sell the products due to the cost reason. According to the export report of July, the export price for Ca30si60 wires remained $ 1220-1240/mt,Ca28Si55 was $1200-1220/mt; There was no change compared with the last week.

--About the operation rate.

According to our incomplete statistics from more than 70 manufactures, there are about 50 enterprises operated normally in the middle of July. The overall operation rate was about 73%, which was not changed compared with the June. It is estimated that this month the production volume will reach about 11,850 ton. There was no change compared with the June.

• Cored wires market analysis and forecast.

Most of the cored wires producers expressed that under currently circumstance, it is estimate that there will be very difficult for the market to have an upward trend or recover. In contrast, the actual transaction quantity and price is  likely to continue to slump.
