1.Occlusal degree of iron : if the bite is not strong, resulting in core wire making up powder leakage , core powder oxidation and core fracture when bending rolls and the uncoiling straightening , the whole process of steelmaking will be influenced.

2.Strip surface defect：skin abrasion, corrosion, leading to the oxidation of core powder.
