The 12 raw materials include antimony, chromium, cobalt, copper, nickel, iron, lead, magnesium oxide, indium, graphite, talc, tantalum and Tin.


The EU said China's export tariffs on 12 kinds of raw materials and export quota system seems to be one of the still-troubled industry policy, the aim is to give Chinese producers substantial competitive advantage, but also damage the interests of producers and consumers, EU and the world.
