On Nov 15th, 2016 ,Consolidated Minerals is pleased to annouce that it has been agreed that it will be acquired by the World largest Manganese metal producer. Consolidated Minerals(CML, Consmin) ultimate beneficial onwer and direact shareholders entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA)with China Tianyuan manganese Group,which it is the largest Manganese metal electroytic producer in China and world. Both parties have discussed acuquirement for long time, finally they mutually agreed to SPA. CML all shareholders agree to sell and transfer all respective reight and title to both the entire share capital of the company and shareholders funding given by them.
