Tense supply of raw material as blasting fuse, recently price of vanadium is different every day and is going up.

The downstream producers want to purchase the flaky vanadium pentoxide, but he supply of flaky vanadium pentoxide is really tense, most large-type enterprises of flaky vanadium pentoxide provide to their regular customers, together with on the phase of rising market, leading to rise of eager mentality of purchasing by part downstream procedures and individual downstream producers want to purchase flaky vanadium pentoxide with a higher price, however, it is still difficult; ammonium metavanadate market is also out of store, there is few real deal and price is made by one-order-one-negotiation, it may not get the goods by an offer of RMB 140,000/mt today.   

Spot goods are not much in vanadium industry chain, the overall conclusion is weaker. The raw material is difficult to get, the downstream producers cannot make offers and is difficult to make offers even if the steel mill calls for bids. Result of tender of still mill has not come out yet, both the upstream and downstream are waiting and seeing, atmosphere of seeing rise to the flowing market in the industry is stronger.
