[ferro-alloys.com]  For a long time, the steel market in March and April are known as "gold three and silver four". However, steel traders were “greeted” by a drop in steel prices after the Chinese New Year this year. As April arrived, high levels of inventory together with capital pressure, traders' mood turned to be pessimistic, and their willingness to buoy the prices was weak, leading to sharp drop of spot goods. At the same time, a trade war between China and the United States has increased market pessimism expectation.
