[ferro-alloys.com]Nornickel was recognised as the most attractive employer in the Russian metals and mining industry. The Company received a Randstad Award for the outstanding employer brand attractiveness and its visibility among job seekers.
The Randstad Award is one of the most well-known independent HR management surveys in the world. According to the experts, the brand assessment is based on the views of a representative pool of job seekers as opposed to the company’s own employees, which makes the study fully objective and transparent. The results are processed by international analysts who consolidate data from over 30 countries.
“The tremendous efforts of our HR function and the successful implementation of Nornickel’s HR strategy were not the only drivers behind this victory,” notes Darya Kryachkova, Nornickel’s HR Director. “The award came as a recognition of a Company-wide achievement. Our main goal now is to live up to that honour through constant improvements and development in the future.”
Launched in 2000, the Randstad Award debuted by assessing 50 employer brands in Belgium. In just 15 years, it came to cover 3,500 entities across the globe. In 2017, some 10,000 employed and unemployed respondents took part in the survey.
This was not the first time that Nornickel had won this prestigious award. In 2016, the Company received Randstad’s Grand Prix as the Best Employer in the Russian metals and mining industry.
