It was higher than the price on last trading day.Compared to Wuxi 1805 contract, the premium of Russian nickle is 300RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan is 600RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickle (big board) at 103500RMB/T in Shanghai. The nickle price was on high level.The downstream firms purchase few raw materials. The mainstream price is between 103100RMB/T and 103700RMB/T。

Affected by the rising of LME nickle, the traders was encouraged in the market.The 304 series stainless steel price kept on rising, and the price of high grade ferronickle was remained at 965-970RMB/nickle. At present, several stainless steel plants have stopped buying raw materials. Parts of large steel may stop their productions for overhauls. What’s more, Indonesian stainless steel will be imported. The supply of stainless steel in domestic market may be abundant which may influence the requirement of ferronickle. In the long terms, it may be hard to make the ferronickle risen.Today, the low grade ferronickle price went down at 2900-3000RMB/T.
