[ferro-alloys.com]Afrochine Smelting（Pvt）Ltd was established in 2012. It belongs to Qsingshan Group. It involves in chrome ore exploring and smelting. Now, the company is building an advanced ferrochrome smelting plants in Selous. In the first period, the total investment sum was 25 million dollars. A 2 x 16.5MVA smelting plant construction has been completed. The plant could produce 50000 tons ferrochrome per year. It will consume 120000 metrc tons chrome ore and 24000 metric tons cokes

In the second period, the investment sum will be 0.1 billion dollars. Four big smelting furnaces（4 x25MVA）will be constructed. The output of high carbon ferrochrome will be 200000 tons per year.
