Manganese flakes production output decreased in Jan, due to most of producers stopped production effected by virus in China, TMG, The largest Smelter of Manganese Metal in Ningxia, still fully operated as before, CITIC Damang ,Guanxi has 70% capacity be oeprating, Kebang，Xinjiang, also workable, but cannot transport cargo out due to strict limitation of transportation effected by Virus. Other Smelters almost stopped. TMG sold all cargoes in Feb, with price RMB11200/mt exw, that was 800yuan higher  than Jan. TMG today told Ferro-Alloys.com, due to Virus effection, TMG stopped offer for March Marketing. 

We predict, Mn Metal price will go up further ,even 13000yuan is possible in March, export price offered at usd1700/mt FOB Xingang for Feb Shipment, but for March shipment, price should be USD1930/mt FOB Xingang , if price went up over 13000yuan/mt in next month.
