[Fellow]Palladium One moving forward with Finnish project permitting

[ferro-alloys.com]The Finnish Mining Authority approved eight exploration renewals and one new exploration permit application for Palladium One Mining’s (TSXV: PDM) Lantinen Koillismaa PGE-nickel-copper project.

In a press release, the Canadian miner said two key exploration permits have cleared the appeals period, while seven approvals are still in the appeals process.

According to Palladium One, for each of the appealed permit renewals, the company has applied for an Enforcement Decision which, when granted, should allow the company to conduct exploration during the appeals process.

The palladium-dominant Läntinen Koillismaa project is located in north-central Finland, approximately 40 kilometres north of the Palladium One’s exploration office in the town of Taivalkoski.

The project area is covered by Exploration Permit renewals, new applications, and Exploration Reservation applications.

Exploration Permit applications are divided into two groups; the Kaukua Group, consisting of the Kaukua and Murtolampi targets and the Haukiaho Group, covering the Lipeävaara and Haukiaho targets, as well as Salmivaara, which represents the eastern and western extension of Haukiaho.
