[ferro-alloys.com]Due to fall of index of U.S dollar, LME nickel price rose up relatively. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 12525 USD/T. It was 65 USD/T higher than the price on last trading day. The trading volume was fine. Most of deal was not large. The merchants kept their good for higher price. Today, the price of future nickel rose up in domestic market. Today, compared with Shanghai future nickel 2003 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was from 0 to 100 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 800-1000 RMB/T. Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 102800 RMB/T. It was the same as the price yesterday.

The stainless-steel market was in downturn. The ferronickel market was affected. It kept on dropping recently. Today, the price of high grade ferronickel was 890-900 RMB/Nickel, and the price of low grade ferronickel was 3300-3450 RMB/T.
