[Fellow]The producer price index (PPI), which measures costs for goods at the factory gate, fell 3.1 percent year-on-year in April, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.

And average daily output of crude steel was 2051.7 thousand tons, up 1.97% from last ten days and up 0.28 YoY; average daily output of pig iron was 1848.7 thousand tons, up 0.58% than last ten days and up 1.34% YoY; and average daily output of steel products was 1913.1 thousand tons, up 6.31% from last ten days and up 0.95% YoY.
 
China's producer prices continued to fall in April as the novel coronavirus outbreak and a persistent slump in global commodities prices combined to drive deflationary pressure, official data showed Tuesday.
