Yesterday, by the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 13535 USD/T. It dropped down by 65 USD/T. The domestic market of future nickel was still in downturn today, and the trading volume rose up a little. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 2008 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 500-600 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 200-350 RMB/T. Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 106700 RMB/T. It was 1100 RMB/T lower than the price on last trading day.

The stainless-steel market was stable today, and the ferronickel price could not rise up. It remained steady. Today, the mainstream price of high-grade ferronickel was 960-965 RMB/Nickel, and the price of low-grade ferronickel was 3300-3450 RMB/T.
