[Ferro-Alloys.com] The Commission announced in Regulation 2020/909 OJ ref.L208, the continuation of anti-dumping duty for a further five years, on imports of ferro-silicon, from China and Russia.

This regulation takes effect from 2 July 2020.

The products currently classified within commodity codes:

• 7202 2100 00
• 7202 2910 00
• 7202 2990 00

New exporting producers may apply to the Commission to be attributed the appropriate weighted average anti-dumping duty rate applicable to the cooperating companies not sampled in the original investigation, provided that they meet the conditions set out in regulation 2020/909.
