[ferro-alloys.com]The index of U.S dollar dropped down. Relatively, LME nickel market was in upturn. By the end of trading, LME nickel was quoted at 14520 USD/T. It rose up by 120 USD/T. Due to rising trend of LME nickel market, the future nickel price rose up in domestic market in the morning. Compared with Shanghai future nickel 2011 contract, the discount of Russian nickel was 150-250 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 2200-2500 RMB/T. Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 114500 RMB/T. It was 700 USD/T higher than the price on last trading day.

The National Day Holiday was coming soon. Both the demand and supply levels were in lower level. So, the ferronickel price was stable. In Jiangsu, Shandong Provinces, the high-grade ferronickel price reached 1165 RMB/T at most. In Inner Mongolia and Liaoning Province, the price was 1155-1165 RMB/Nickel. The low-grade ferronickel price remained at 3300-3450 RMB/T.
