  Recently, in the stainless steel production workshop of Qingtuo Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in Wanwu industrial and trade zone, the high nickel steel billet smelted by RKEF advanced production process went through "relay type" continuous rolling, and stainless steel plates and strips were continuously exported at production line.

  Zheng bin, director of the cold rolling workshop of Fujian Qingtuo Science and Technology Co., Ltd., said that they worked in three shifts, 24 hours a day, with a daily production capacity being 13000 to 14000 tons. According to the market value of stainless steel, the output value is about 100 million yuan per day.

  In Aozhan industrial stainless steel products industry demonstration park not far from Qingtuo, the newly completed wire drawing and fastener workshop is busy with production.

  Guan Jiafu, general manager of Fu'an Aozhan Industrial Co., Ltd., said that they are ready to put on ten-wire-drawing equipment, and until now they have put on five pieces of wire drawing equipment. After all the ten pieces of equipment are ready, the annual output can reach 35000 to 40000 tons.

  The project of Aozhan industrial stainless steel products is the downstream complementary industry of new metallurgical materials introduced after Qingtuo group. The project covers an area of 500 mu, with a total investment being 1.2 billion yuan. It is estimated that the annual output value will reach 6 billion yuan. The completion and operation of the project will add a strong impetus to the extension and expansion of the 100 billion stainless steel industrial chain in Fu'an City.

  At the site of Qingtuo cold rolling technology phase II, the plant construction has been fully completed, and the workers are installing and debugging equipment in an orderly manner to produce one month ahead of schedule.

  Guo Haiding, director of the department of Fu’an Qingtuo cold rolling technology, said that Qingtuo cold rolling phase II project started construction in July this year, and now has entered the equipment installation stage. It is expected that the production and operation in January next year will be ahead of schedule by one month.

  Since this year, faced with severe epidemic situation, Fu'an City has timely adjusted Measures for Promoting the Development of New Metallurgical Materials Industry, so as to help enterprises restart work and production in an orderly manner. With the support of various policies, the new stainless steel materials industry has overcome the impact of the epidemic and achieved adverse growth. In the recently released list of top 100 Fujian enterprises in 2020, which includes 6 enterprises in Ningde City and 3 enterprises in Fu'an City (Qingtuo group, Yongjin metal technology and Hongwang Industrial Company). Among them, Qingtuo group ranked the sixth among the top 100 enterprises and the first in the manufacturing industry of the province, with the operating revenue being 136.75 billion yuan last year.
