[Fellow]According to the report of Brazilian Steel Association(IABr), Brazil crude steel production was 2.9 million tonnes in December 2020, an increase of 17.2% from a year earlier.
According to the report of Brazilian Steel Association(IABr), Brazil crude steel production was 2.9 million tonnes in December 2020, an increase of 17.2% from a year earlier.
Domestic steel sales rose 28% year-on-year in December to 1.8 million tons. This month’s apparent steel consumption reached 2 million tons, an increase of 30.2% from a year earlier. 
In December, the total steel exports in Brazil was 766,000 tons, down 24.1% from a year earlier and the exports volume was $434 million, down 13.5% from a year earlier.
In December, the steel imports reached 204,000 metric tons, an increase of 53% from a year earlier, valued at $205 million, an increase of 38.5% from a year earlier.
