  Recently, Baosteel has successfully completed the scientific research project of one key RH refining model application, which has been independently researched and developed by Baosteel for three years, and passed the expert review, marking that Baosteel has taken the lead in mastering the key technology of the sixth generation intelligent one key RH refining.

  The project realized the orderly and automatic control of RH oxygen blowing, alloying, cold material, vacuum, circulating gas, temperature measurement and sampling from the beginning of vacuum exhaust to the end of exhaust according to the time process, and achieved the one key refining function. It made a historic breakthrough in the field of intelligent manufacturing of steel refining, with the one key RH refining rate of nearly 90%.

  The new generation of one key RH refining control technology has been successfully integrated and developed, realizing the automation of L1 complete timing control equipment. RH vacuum, circulation, top gun and alloy four major equipment system operation is completely controlled by the model program, alloy calculation, alloy weighing, alloy transportation and alloy input are completed by one key. At the same time, in the aspect of safety error prevention, timing control chain, important event voice prompt, alloy bin automatic locking and all important operation process screen prompt functions are added.

  In the research and development of the sixth generation of one key RH refining, it also innovatively constructs an intelligent decision-making model to realize the function of one key RH refining. On the basis of basic automation and model accuracy, through the construction of one key RH integrated control model, the organic combination of model and L1 automation is realized, and the function of one key RH refining is stably realized.
