  Recently, with the first volume of oil mill products coming off the production line perfectly, the first oil mill production line of Daming Jiaxing processing center (Osaka, Daming, Zhejiang) was officially put into operation.

  The 1600mm (five foot) full roll oil grinding line is specialized in processing cold-rolled stainless steel. The specific processing parameters are: thickness 0.3mm-3.0mm, width 400mm-1600mm. It can grind 200 series, 300 series and 400 series stainless steel cold rolled coils on both sides. After grinding, the surface can be No.4 and HL. It has reached the domestic high level in oil grinding grain, color, roughness and plate type. It can also process different grain and roughness according to different surface requirements of users.

  The commissioning of this production line will further improve the layout of Daming Jiaxing processing center, improve the level of product technology and quality, and provide customers with all-round, high-quality and efficient "one-stop" supporting processing services.
