China ferrochrome import increase 10.28% YoY in Jan-May, 2021

China Customs data shows that in May 2021, China imported 250300 tons of high carbon ferrochrome, a decrease of 55000 tons compared with April, and a year-on-year increase of 4.4% (239800 tons in May 2020). 

 

From January to may 2021, the total import volume of ferrochrome was 1.4171 million tons, an increase of 10.28% over the same period last year (1.285 million tons in Jan-May, 2020).
