In September 2021, China exported 32582.57 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), according to data of China Customs, with a month on month decrease of 52.66% and a year-on-year increase of 85.70%. Among them, 11130.743 tons were exported to Japan, accounting for 34.16%; 6949.594 tons were exported to South Korea, accounting for 21.33%.
