According to data of Korea Customs Service, in March 2022, South Korea imported 20513.40 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), an increase of 64.88% month on month.
 
In March 2022, the top three ferrosilicon import source countries of South Korea (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon) were China (17567.40 tons); Malaysia (1469.40 tons); Russia (1355.00 tons).
