Turkey March Chrome Export Update

[Ferro-Alloys.com] It is reported that Turkey's export of chrome ore in March, 2013 was 63,666 tonne drastically down by 60.9% from the prior month. As compared with the one year earlier, it was down by 36.2%. The details are as per the table as under.
 
In Turkey, there are no small number of mines which suspend operation in the winter time and usually in March, the export remains at a low level due to the seasonal factor. By export destination, the customs clearance meant for China dropped drastically which became a factor for the decrease in the total export.
