According to the statistical data of Trade Statistics of Japan, in July 2022, Japan imported 821.2 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight ≤ 55% of silicon), an increase of 90.12% month on month and a decrease of 53.22% year on year. Among them, 653 tons were imported from China, accounting for 79.52%; 145.2 tons were imported from Norway, accounting for 17.68%; 23 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 2.80%.
