The Yildirim Group is no more. Instead Robert Yüksel Yildirim, the old president and CEO of Yildirim, will be head of CoreX which includes the main smelting and mining segments of the old Yildirim Group. Ali Riza Yildirim, the old chairman of the Yildirim Group, will head a new company, ARY Holdings, which will
include Etikrom's mines and smelters. Neither side can use the name Yildirim.
Polymetcore will do all the sales and
marketing for CoreX metals while ARY Holding will do its own sales and marketing for
Etikrom. Burcu Ulbay Rakicioglu will now be in charge of Etikrom's sales and marketing. The two companies will be separate after all the inventory has been sold.
While Polymetcore has a history, ARY's
EtiKrom will be closely watched to see if its policies will change and is reportedly looking to employ an agent for its chrome ore sales. ARY has been aggressive cutting costs which only adds to the uncertainty.
Yildirim, as expected, has big plans and wants ComeX to be in the top 100 of world mining companies in five years. Yildirim concluded saying he is open to joint ventures and v to work with other parties especially in the nickel market.
Comment： EtiKrome is belong to Yidirim Group and sell high quality of Chrome ore and H/C Ferro Chrome globally .China is the major market for Etikorme Chrome ore and FeCr, it might be also the major market for Nickel and Ferro Nickel. If CoreX successfully comprised as mining group which includes chrome ore, nickel, and coal minning , it may be developed a worldclass mining company soon.
