“China’s steel mills should pay more attention in cutting costs, rather than complain the gloomy economy environment.” Mrs. Tu Juan, vice manager of PIngxiang Steel, said on an industrial conference by the end of April.

 

According to Mrs. Tu, most enterprises always appear to be helpless on the slim market demand, and just wait for the better macroeconomic environment. However, she believes that it is more practical for the steel mills to concentrate on how to cut down costs and expand marketing channel. During the presentation, Mrs. Tu further elaborated her opinion by showing a few details of saving money, mostly related to the raw material and management cost.

 

Not only steel mills but also enterprises of ferroalloys and ore resources all find inspiration in Mrs. Tu’s speech. Indeed, to be more efficient than the opponents would be enough for one to survive in the difficult times.
