The plan of developing strategic new industries would be released soon as it had been in consultation stage. New energy was one of seven strategic new industries and would focus on four industries, which included nuclear power, wind power, solar and biomass energy. Biomass generating capacity had been set as 13 million KW, which was more than solar 10 million KW. Overall seen it from the plan object, biomass energy had stood out.
