[Ferro-Alloys.com]It reported cobalt production at its 56%-owned Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt project in the DRC was 6-million lb in the second quarter and 12-million lb in the first half, the same as production in the year-ago periods. Average realized prices fell to $8.24 per lb in the second quarter compared to $11.16 in the second quarter of 2011 and $8.40 in the first half compared to $11.02 in the same 2011 period.
