Print[Ferro-Alloys.com] London Metal Exchange aluminium prices finished above $1,800 per tonne for a second consecutive day on Monday January 20, clinging to gains made at the end of last week.
The light metal came under pressure the close of trading to finish at $1,806.50 per tonne, near intraday lows of $1,803 per tonne and below a closing price of $1,821.50 per tonne seen on Friday. The light metal had earlier hit a three-week high in official trading after prices started to respond to signs of stronger demand and falling supply in key physical markets.
