One person was killed and 15 more injured in a deadly explosion at a ferroalloy plant in Russia's Siberian city of Novokuznetsk, the RIA Novosti news agency reported on June 2st. Investigators said that all the injured were taken to hospital and two of them were in grave condition. An investigation team has been sent to the scene. It is said that the explosion was caused by ferrosilicon dust explosion, not confirmed. A probe into the case has been launched on possible violation of labor protection rules.
