[Ferro-Alloys.com]The movement tendency of silicon manganese in China already set clear in the wake of August tender of steelmakers. It is said that ex-work price of 6517 in Ningxia maintained at RMB5,250-6,300/mt and RMB6,300-6,350/mt in Gansu area. In south areas, the price remained at RMB6,300-6,450/mt. As for 6014, transaction price concentrated on RMB5,150-5,180/mt(without VAT by cash, the same as below) in Hunan, while RMB5,100-5,150/mt in Guizhou.

In conclusion, as silicon manganese running situation began to resume gradually in some south areas together with good performance in north, increasing spot supply would .likely to further push down silicon manganese in later market amid both financial and sale pressure.
